1.Introduction

1)This machine can do heat sublimation transfer paper on polyester fabric.

2)Working in 3 ways

①Roll paper to roll fabric

②Roll paper to cut pieces

③Pieces of paper to pieces of fabric

2. Features

1)It applied oil cycle heating system which can prevent from explosion .100% full fill oil

to ensure you of heating evenly.

2)Turn hand wheel on top of machine to separate blanket from drum and move

forward blanket.

3) Air swelling shaft (Ensure the fabric & paper smoothly transfer)

4) Hand safety protection to prevent the access of hands and scissors

5) The sublimation speed can reach 50 meters per hour.

6) The suitable sublimation temperature is 220-230℃ for fabric with over 100gsm.

7)Waste sublimation paper should be separated from sublimated fabric once they

came out from drum.

8)It has compression system to make the blanket contact with roller better for big

pressure.

4. Operation

1)Make sure you connect electricity three phase power well.Press “start”button.

2)Set the “FREQ SET”(Speed)12 rounds.Can not lower than 10.Otherwise the motor will

be easily broken. (REV is the reversal, FWD is forward, STOP/RESET is outage.Machine

EX-factory settings is “FWD”.No need to change it.FREQ SET is frequency setting)

A)Set the temperature to be 50 degree Celsius, when it heated up to 50 degree, await

20 minutes.

B)Set 80℃, after heating up to 80 degree, await 30 minutes.

C)Set 90℃, after heating up 95 degree, await 30 minutes.


D)Set 100℃, after heating up 100 degree, await 30 minutes.

E)Set 110℃,after heating up 110 degree, wait for 15 minutes.

F)Set 120℃, after heating up 120 degree, wait for 15 minutes.

G)Set 220℃,directly heats up to 250℃

Let the machine run with 250℃ without doing heat transfer for 4 to 5 hours.

Please note that above step 3) is for the first time when you receive machine and when

you change oil.Next time you can set temperature to be what you need directly.

4) After temperature heats up to 220 degree, press “Pressure Switch” button, rubber

roller will press blanket to make the blanket cling to drum. (Tips: machine needs to

connect with an air compressor)

5)If the fabric is too thin,please run with protection paper to prevent ink getting into

blanket.

6)Successful sublimation requires the suitable time, temperature and pressure. The

thickness of fabric, sublimation paper quality and fabric species will affect the

sublimation effect. Try small pieces in various temperature and speed before

commercial production.

7)At the end of working day:

①Adjust speed of drum to be faster to be 35.00-40.00 rounds.

②Press “Automatic Shut down”. The drum will stop heating up and the drum will not

run until the temp. is 90℃.You can also separate blanket from drum completely and

turn off machine, then you can leave if you have some urgent.

8)If something urgent happens, you can press “stop” button and turn the hand

wheel on the top of machine to separate blanket from drum.

5. Operation cautions

1) The speed of drum can not lower than 10.00 rounds, otherwise the the motor will

be easily broken.Never let speed to be 00.00 round,if temperature were high,it will

make blanket burn out.

2)When suddenly power cut off:you have to separate blanket from drum manually at

once to prevent from being burning out if temp. is high.

3)Automatic blanket alignment system: you need to do the alignment manually when

the automatic system is broken.

4)When the machine starts heating, the drum must be running to prevent blanket burn

out.It would be better that worker is there in process heating.

5)In high temperature condition, such as emergency stop or power outage, separate

blanket from drum at once.

6)Bearings should be greased “grease oil” every week, which guarantee the normal

rotation of the bearing.

7) Keep machine clean especially fans,slip ring and carbon brush etc.

6. Common malfunctions

1. Thermometer shows irregular figures beating: See if the spark-over phenomenon is

happening on slip ring .You have to turn machine off .Clean dirt from carbon brush with

cloth.

2. Blanket went to left side or right: check the blanket alignment is fine or not and the

blanket alignment sensor is OK or not.

3. The blanket could not separate automatically: check if the blanket separate motor

work or not.

4. The machine runs with big noise: Check if the main bearing is fine or not.

5. The blanket runs not smoothly and with noise: check if the gearbox is OK or not.

7. WARNING

1. In high temperature condition, such as emergency stop or power outage, firstly

separate blanket from drum in safety distance.

2. Bearing has to be greased “grease oil” per week to make sure the normal rotation of

the bearing.

3. All the fan needs to be cleaned per week, make sure machine ventilate and cooling

normally.

8.Maintenance

The first picture is model number of grease for speed reducer(the second picture).We

recommend you use #320 for one of those brands on the picture,such as Mobil,Shell

Omala etc.

R2: If you run machine 8 hours per day,fill lubricant every year.

R1: If you run machine for 8 hours per day, fill lubricant every 7 or 8 months

9.How to Change Thermal oil

You will need to sublimate with higher and higher temperature year by year because of

oil.So it would be better to change new thermal oil every year.

Connect oil tube Place an iron barrel Cover

1) Loose screws and move the iron pieces from machine.

2)Connect a tube to the hole .

3) Let the used oil be out to the iron barrel.

4)The model of heating oil is Mobil 605.

5)After filling the oil into drum,turn on machine and preheat as the steps of on page 3

6)Put the white oil tube to an iron barrel and place the cardboard as below to make

sure the oil will not make blanket dirty.

7)The 210mmx1700mm machine needs about 60L oil.Please fill oil 30L first.Follow

steps of page 3 to preheat machine.Please check if you can see oil in the oil tank when

temperature is 180℃.If there is no oil,please fill 10L in the second day and follow the

way of preheating machine on page 3.See if there is oil in oil tank when temperature is

180℃,keep filling oil 10L in third day and forth day if there is no oil and preheat step by

step.

2.Notices:

1)If the machine can not work but it is packed well, our factory will be responsible for

this. Help you out by instruction or send some new spare parts to you for changing. If

you use it not correctly or it damages by man-made which not belongs to warranty

range.

2)The fuse, blanket,conveyor belt,heating elements and so on are out of the range of

warranty.

breakdown when you contact with us for solving problem.

Description of blanket replacement


Step one: Remove bearing , air cylinder, guide rail and pressure plate of any side.

Step two: Remove the relevant rollers and the old blanket.

Please note: the optical roller is longer and heavier, so it is inconvenient to remove it. It

requires 2 workers and push out the end of the shaft with a round roller.

Step three: install the new blanket and relevant rollers (blanket specification: 1650mm

width *2050mm length *7mm thickness)

Step: ①New blanket→②Drive rubber roller→③Felt tension roller→④Blanket fixed

roller→⑤Rectifying side shaft of blanket→⑥Pressure rubber roller→⑦The relevant

bearing and guide rail→⑧Adjust the blanket and adjust the running deviation.

Replacement method of heating element

Step 1: remove the left and right cover panel bolts and remove the cover plate.
