What competitive advantages contributed to Lazada’s success?

Base on the stated facts above Lazada’s success involved Small and Medium-size Businesses
(SMEs). During the pandemic the platform of Lazada became popular to the public because of its
accessible through mobile phones. According to the CEO “The benefit and safety of customers and
business partners are always the top priority of the platform” that’s why its easy to buy, sell, and deliver
in Lazada.

How has e-commerce transformed the economic relationship between people?

Like I said earlier during the pandemic e-commerce use this to connect to people. Lazada is one
of the platforms, Entrepreneurs use this to sell their products and supply the demand of the necessities
of the public during the pandemic.

Do you believe the e-commerce industry is overcrowded, given the presence of Lazada, Shopee,
Amazon, and other online retailers? Explain your answer.

Yes, I believe the e-commerce is overcrowded. Based on my experiment alone, I tried to search a
specific product in google and I expected it leads to many e-commerce platforms. This kind of result
shows us that e-commerce is overcrowded but its also a good sign to the buyers because they can freely
search or find a specific product they want with their own specifications.
