ANALYSIS:
Based on Figure 12, 50% of the micro business enterprise in
Poblacion, Pandi, Bulacan made changes in their business strategies during
pandemic and another 50% of micro business in Poblacion, Pandi, Bulacan
did not make any changes to their business strategy.
DETAILED EXPLANATION:
The pandemic makes the owners of the micro business enterprise in
Poblacion, Pandi, Bulacan make changes and think what possible business
strategy can help to boost or strengthen their business and also to cope up
with the effect of the pandemic to their sales and revenue but others micro
business enterprise did not make any strategies and continue what they are
often do in their daily operation.
ANALYSIS:
In Figure 13, it shows the different strategies made by different
micro business enterprise in Poblacion, Pandi, Bulacan. The most number of
strategies they made is others, it consists of marketing strategies, lending
offerings and Delivery. Meanwhile the least number of strategies that made
by micro business enterprise is Home Service.
DETAILED EXPLANATION:
While, Takeout, Promo, Pickup and discounts gain same number of
micro business enterprise that use it as their business strategy to gain more
sales and revenue. Owners of the micro business enterprise hopes that their
sales and revenue will slightly increase because of these different strategies.
Pandemic makes the business owners explore the available business
strategy for the sake of their business.

ANALYSIS:

Figure 20, shows the comparison of January 1- June 30, 2020 the period
that pandemic begins and January 1 - June 30, 2022 period that covid case
subsidence.

Based on Figure 20, all business type of micro business enterprise

decline their sales and revenue on Jan 1- June 30, 2020 the period that
pandemic begins except for the Health sector of micro business enterprise,
the sales and revenue on this period increase by 30% because this sector is
essential in this time of pandemic.

Explanation: While in the period of January 1- June 30, 2022 shows that
almost all business sector starts to increase the sales and revenue because
of not so tighten health and safety protocols and also lockdown is gone and
