Sara: Good afternoon, teacher, my classmates, and I are going to present this week's

assignment.
Sara: We will talk about a sport not well known in Peru called "Paleta Frontón". We will know
more about the why? this sport is not well known in Peru. Start.
Girley: What is the origin of this sport?
Alessandro: The sport "Paleta Frontón" dates to the viceregal era, thanks to the discovery that
was made in a library, related to watercolors dating from the sixteenth century and belonging
to the Bishop of Trujillo Martínez de Compagñón.
Girley: Where is this sport played?
Sara: "Paleta Frontón" is played in Trujillo
Alessandro: How many sports fields do you have that sport?
Girley: In Trujillo there are 4 sports fields, in La Libertad there are 2, in San Fernando there are
two sports fields and in Huanchaco there are not many more than just 1.
Alessandro: How many players are there?
Sara: For this sport you must divide 2 teams which each contains four members.
Sara: How do you get points in that sport?
Alessandro: Most players say theyget for fouls on serve or reception, by winning a bowling
exchange or by penalizing the opponent.
Sara: Why do you think this sport is not very common in Peru?
Girley: In my opinion, the central problem is the lack of information, the lack of knowledge that
it is a Peruvian sport and that it is only practiced by the classes of economic power. That is why
we must be more aware of this sport that is very important for Peru.
Sara: Well, professor, that was the whole conversation about this activity, thank you.
