Examination-in-chief by P.P.:

1. Between 2009 and 2016 I have worked

as Police Constable in Electronic City
police station.

2. On 07.08.2012 my PSI instructed me to

produce accused from Lakshmi Layout in
Garvebavipalya, Bangalore. I went to
the locality and made enquiries with
local informers. Accused was standing in
 S.C.341/12 P.W.4

front of a house. I apprehended him and

produced him before the PSI on the same
day at 08.45 p.m. Accused before the
court is the person whom I had
apprehended on that day. In this regard
I submitted the report before P.I. I now
see the said report. It is marked as
Ex.P.3. Ex.P.3(a) is my signature.

Cross-examination :
Sri. Y.S. for Sri. SRN for accused prays time for
cross-examination. Hence cross-examination is
deferred.
