ChromaDex Contract Services Report Types
ChromaDex offers a rapidly expanding list of contract services. Choosing the correct report is often as important as choosing the correct assay for your testing needs. Your testing results may be reported in two different formats and vary in the level of information reported as related to the testing procedure. All ChromaDex reports will include a unique report number, notebook reference, and issue date. Please see the descriptions of our two reporting types below. Should there be any questions about which of the two report formats best suits your companys needs, do not hesitate in contacting a ChromaDex sales representative who will explain the two report formats in detail.

Detailed Report Analytical Test Report (ATR) HPTLC, TLC

As the most detailed of our report types, Analytical Test Reports not only report results but also contain detailed information on the test method and protocol. ATRs are always recommended for any first time analysis as well as all research work. ATRs will include, but are not limited to the following information:

Materials and equipment involved in the test Calibration series data when determined in a test Detailed sample preparation instructions Detailed analytical conditions for the test Comments and conclusions regarding the test results Supporting data for the results such as chromatograms, spectra, images, etc. for the sample and standards in the test Any references related to the test protocol

Detailed Report Analytical Test Report (ATR) HPLC, GC or UV

As the most detailed of our report types, Analytical Test Reports not only report results but also contain detailed information on the test method and protocol. ATRs are always recommended for any first time analysis as well as all research work. This report type is available for HPLC, GC and UV analysis. ATRs will include, but are not limited to the following information:

The objective of the test Any chemical structures related to the test Materials and equipment involved in the test Calibration series data when determined in a test Detailed sample preparation instructions Detailed analytical conditions for the test Results summary in table or paragraph format Supporting data for the results such as chromatograms, spectra, images, etc. for the sample and standards in the test Any references related to the test protocol

Basic Report Assay Results Sheet (ARS)

As our basic report, Assay Results Sheets provide an economical alternative perfect for repeated testing after the generation of the initial ATR. ARSs are useful for repeat raw material and quality control tests run on a consistent basis. ARSs will include the following information:

1. Reported result for marker detection (for HPLC) 2. Identity results (for TLC)
