•In my personal experience, human relation is very vast and cant be defined in one relation. When a
person take birth, from that moment he get kinked with many relation. I have a experience that a have a
problem I will never to say to my family or friends I always keep my problems. I never cooperation with
others because other person never understand my problems that I have never say to others people. I
have a experience that I loss my motivation because of the say of other that I never finish my do things
or a task give me. Now I think I want to get out to my comfort zone that give me a new me and a new
life that motivated person and cooperation person .

Essay No2 From the internal and external factors affecting HR, prepare 3 to5 paragraph that illustrate a
situation comparable to the factors that affect HR.

•Sustainability is a society. If a company chooses to become a more sustainable organization, it is


important for them to establish a training and development program. A training and development
program can help instill sustainability within the culture of an organization. An initiative like
sustainability needs to be instilled and enforced throughout every level of an organization in order to be
successful. The same goes for any new initiative a company would like to implement. Training should
accompany any new law or policy change that changes how an organization operates. By educating all
organization members, companies can better implement change.

If the company is committed to promoting from within, HR must ensure employees receive appropriate
training and development to be ready for promotion when the time comes. HR should monitor the
number of employees eligible for retirement and ensure potential replacements or other staff members
are trained to avoid a sudden departure of business knowledge.

If the company is unionized, HR must engage in collective bargaining with the union on matters of
representation. External influences, political factors and organizational culture all influence the amount
of grievances and complaints HR must respond to

Essay No. 3 As a future Social Worker, what will be your core values in life? Be able to explain its
relation to HR Course and your goal in life.

• As a future Social workers value the dignity and worth of each person. They treat each client in a
compassionate and respectful way that is mindful of individual differences, cultural norms and ethnic
diversity. They promote clients’ socially responsible self-determination based on their individual values.
Social workers strive to increase their clients’ capability to change, address their own needs and become
self-reliant.

As a future Social workers are mindful of those differences, treating each person with dignity and
respect and promoting their clients’ capacity and opportunity to address their own needs and improve
their personal situations. Social workers must be cognizant of their duties to both individual clients and
to society as a whole, and seek solutions for their clients that also support society’s broader interests.

Our attitudes are favorable or unfavorable opinions toward people, things, or situations. Many things
affect our attitudes, including the environment we were brought up in and our individual experiences.
Our personalities and values play a large role in our attitudes as well. For example, many people may
have attitudes toward politics that are similar to their parents, but their attitudes may change as they
gain more experiences. If someone has a bad experience around the ocean, they may develop a
negative attitude around beach activities.
