Answer the following questions.

1.Recall a recent incident in your life when you had to make a decision, Narrate
the situation below. Indicate what the decision was about, the focus that were
involved and how you arrived at your decision.
- My dilemma is that a new work place means a new boss, new work environment and a
new workload. With my present job I am comfortable with the boss and my officemates,
I have fully adopted to and adjusted with my environment. It is not easy to leave a
workplace where you are treated by your boss not a mere staff but a family and where
everybody is your friends and like family as well. I decided to go on with the new job and
in arriving at this decision I focus on the positive side that love gave me like the salary
increase, being permanent and potential promotion and the opportunity to be with my
family plus the fact that my good boss will be transferred to another region for his new
assignment.
2. What factors influenced you in making your decision?
- In arriving at my decision these factors are in play:
1. Family

3. Status of Employment
3. Which of the following did you consider most in making your decision: what
will make you feel satisfied, what is most beneficial or practical, or what you
believed was the most moral thing to do? Elaborate your answer.
- I usually consider what is more beneficial and practical. Practical in the sense that it is
the best option. Beneficial in a way that it will be advantageous to me.
