    I am Rovelyn Carpio Lamor, I wrote to request the Original transcript of my records. I


    made the request last 2012 because I transferred the school, but what came to me
    was only a photo copy. I can't get my TOR at the school where I graduated because
    they need my Original TOR from MSU-IIT. It is difficult to travel now, especially since
    there is a pandemic, I am in Surigao Del Norte. I hope you can help me. You can
