My name is Vynch Jyd Bachinicha , a 2nd year student of University of Science and
Technology of Southern Philippines under the program of Bachelor of Science in
Architecture. I am writing this letter to express my intention to request a Leave of Absence
due to financial crisis, I had to help my parents/ family in a while, I needed to get a job and a
parttime business for that I’ll be able to help them, when everything is stable I’ll be able to
get back to college.

My aim for this request is not to affect my academic performance. In connection with this, I
