We are Grade 11 students from Accounting, Business and Management (ABM) of
Agusan National High School – Senior High Department. We are working on our
research entitled: “The Perceptions of ABM Students towards of Becoming a Young
Entrepreneur”. This study is all about on why should they choose the ABM strand. We
would like to ask your permission to allow us to conduct an interview for some willing
participants. We will follow the etiquette of interviewing and we will assure that we will

“The Perceptions of ABM Student towards of Becoming a Young Entrepreneur”

Dear Participants,

You are invited to participate in a research study to conducted by the Accountancy,

Business and Management from Agusan National High School Senior High School
Department. The purpose of the study is to know the Perceptions of ABM Student
towards of Becoming a Young Entrepreneur.

Your participation will be translated and be analyzed to form realizations and to

answer the research questions. We will also interview you face-to-face, record and be
written down to generate answers. We’ll need for you to answer to our questions
honestly.
There will be no biased in any interview, you have the will to answer the questions
on what you want to say and there will be no acknowledgements for any risks to your
identity. Your personal information will be kept in private.

And with this we will know and understand The Perceptions of ABM Student
towards of Becoming a Young Entrepreneur, the interview is voluntary, you can choose
to withdraw your consent to participate and ther will be no penalties or any collection if
you choose to decline.
