11 It seems to me that you as Attorney-General are failing to uphold the rule of law and as the
12 Australian Federal Police during Senate Estimates (Senate Estimates 13.02.23_2-AFP not
13 investigate) made clear not to investigate certain matters then more than likely all we can rely
14 upon is what the Framers of the Constitution made clear was militia against any enemy, this
15 obviously includes any home grown enemy ordinary referred to as being TRAITORS and
16 TERRORIST.

13 I understand that former Minister Stuart Roberts claimed that as a cabinet Minister he is to
14 follow what public servants and cabinet decide. This is lunacy as a Minister is the “responsible
15 Minister” for the portfolio appointed for and cabinet Minister may make suggestions and
16 recommendations during a cabinet meeting but ultimately the “responsible Minister” is to make
17 the final decision.
18 Likewise, the “responsible Minister” for the Department of Defence cannot rely upon whatever
19 Tom, dick and harry may suggest. The Minister is the “responsible Minister” and he and he
20 alone can be making the final decision for the Department of Defence. Therefore if the Minister
21 views that a DECLARATION OF WAR should be issued against say the Russian Federation
22 then it was for this Minister (regardless what other cabinet Ministers may deem applicable) to
23 recommend to the Governor-General to publish in the Gazette a DECLARATION OF WAR
24 naming the Russian Federation. The Governor-General then has to decide if in all circumstances
25 he should issue such DECLARATION OF WAR or decline to do so. If the Governor-General
26 did not issue a DECLARATION OF WAR then the “responsible Minister” has no legal
27 authority to act in violation of this and on his own account deploy Australian Troops, as this
28 would be TREASON. Hence when it came to Iraq and Afghanistan if no DECLARATION OF
29 WAR was issued against those nations then any military deployment would have been
30 unconstitutional and so unlawful.
31 The Framers of the Constitution made it very clear that if an enemy nation entered Australian
32 waters then this could be deemed in itself a DECLARATION OF WAR and then no need for
33 the Governor-General to issue a DECLARATION OF WAR.
34 The Russian Federation has been a trading partner of the Commonwealth of Australia and legally
35 remains to be a “friendly” nation, despite this former PM Scott Morrison and his collaborators
36 instigated to get involved in war mongering against the Russian Federation by financially and
37 otherwise supporting the Ukraine NAZI government that has mass murdered reportedly more
38 than 14,000 Ukraine civilians in the Donbass. Such genocide should never be supported by the
39 Australian Government. This also where reports are that Ukraine was involved in the COVID-
40 19 virus scam.
41 It should be understood that regardless if the Commonwealth of Australia enters in any treaties
42 they never can override the legal principles embedded in the Commonwealth of Australia
43 Constitution Act 1900 (UK).

45 You as Attorney-General therefore have a constitutional duty to uphold the constitution and
46 should have from the date of appointment immediately have taken appropriate action to prevent
47 any further financial, military and/or any other support for the Ukraine NAZI Government.

17 before every available option has been used up.

47 (c) the aggregate amount of such chemicals at any given time for such purposes is
48 equal to or less than 1 tonne; and
49 (d) the aggregate amount for such purposes acquired by a State Party in any year
50 through production, withdrawal from chemical weapons stocks and transfer is equal to or
51 less than 1 tonne.

1 3. A State Party may transfer Schedule 1 chemicals outside its territory only to
2 another State Party and only for research, medical, pharmaceutical or protective purposes
3 in accordance with paragraph 2.
4 4. Chemicals transferred shall not be retransferred to a third State.
5 5. Not less than 30 days before any transfer to another State Party both States Parties
6 shall notify the Technical Secretariat of the transfer.
7 6. Each State Party shall make a detailed annual declaration regarding transfers
8 during the previous year. The declaration shall be submitted not later than 90 days after the
9 end of that year and shall for each Schedule 1 chemical that has been transferred include
10 the following information:

40 what the constitution stands for and that is why we need to educate them. Politicians are now
