ANNOUNCEMENT FOR TRAINING COURSES UNDER KOREA INTERNATIONAL

COOPERATION AGENCY FOR THE YEAR 2023-2024 IN REPUBLIC OF KOREA.

Applications are hereby invited from qualified Tanzania Government Officials to apply for
the following long courses in Republic of Korea.

SCHOLARSHIP COVERAGE
 The entire cost of training under this Program, including the return international airfare,
tuition fees, accommodation, emergency medical treatment and study tour will be borne
by the Government of the Republic of Korea.

APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY
i. Applicants should be a Public Servant,
ii. Be under the age of 40 as of February 1st, 2023,
iii. Should have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the field of study,
iv. Have a good command of both spoken and written English,
v. Have a Bachelor Degree,
vi. Be in a good health both physically and mentally,
vii. Have not participated in KOICA Scholarship Program or any Korean Scholarship before,
viii. The application forms should be typed (typewritten).

APPLICATION MATERIALS REQUIRED/SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:

i. Complete KOICA Application Form,
ii. University Application form with required documents for the given University,
iii. Permission from the applicant’s Employer,
iv. Graduation/Academic Certificate(s),
v. Academic Transcript(s),
vi. Recommendation letters from the applicant’s supervisor or Professor with signature and
seal as per University requirement,
vii. A photocopy of a Passport,
viii. Curriculum Vitae in English and
ix. All certificates must be notarized by the certified commissioner of oath

Please open folder/file of the respective Training Program fill in then print and submit to
this Office (President’s Office, Public Service Management and Good Governance) by
hand or by post before the deadline.

CLOSING DATES FOR APPLICATION:

Applications should be submitted to this Office before 12nd February, 2023.
