  create the website , prepare an online registration form and fill the site with the contents using
helping aids.

responsible for the VIPs reception , get the IEEE R8 information and handling a press conference. 
 responsible for the registration of the visitors and the help desks.
take photos and prepare promotional videos + the opening and closing videos. + Dossier partenaire
mediatique

design the IDs , invitation cards , posters , T-shirts , roll ups of the location map and the logo.

 assure that all the halls are secure and nothing cause harm to anyone and check the IDs if needed.

 be in contact with the hotel and the transportation company if needed.
provide coffee breaks and a healthy food for launch break.
they have IEEE and the teams information , preparing the feedback.
arrange the venue and keep the materials to support the teams when needed.
prepare a marketing campaign in the social media to reach the best reputation. 

prepare the slots of the schedule for the days of event and search for a keynote speaker.
look for the problems of societies and make the plateform of challenge
