EXPLORE

1. If you will become law enforcement officer someday, how will your
knowledge on the classification of criminals and the birth of criminal
behavior help you in dealing with criminals?
Ans. If I become a law enforcement officer someday, all the learning and
knowledge. I’ve gained from this lesson about the classification of criminals and
the birth of criminal behavior will serve as my guidelines to help me easily identify
criminals. The motivation for engaging in criminal behavior or committing a crime
was not solely motivated by the desire of a person; there was always a reason
behind it. However, some people commit crimes with the intent of profiting, while
others commit them habitually. From this, I will learn how to deal with them in an
approachable and comfortable way, without judging them as human beings, but
to teach them and correct them for the unlawful action they committed through
serving their sentence under the law.

2. In three sentences, explain the birth of criminal behavior.

Ans. Criminal behavior refers to the study of the human conduct focused on the
mental processes of the criminal, that is, the way he behaves or acts including
his activities and the causes and influences of his criminal behavior. Criminal
behavior is an act with the intention or desire to do things that violate public laws.
A desire and intention to commit crimes that start in their behavior, the
opportunity they see in every situation and the person’s mental and emotional
resistance to temptation.
