Executive 

Summary :
As part of our group project, you assigned us to write a report on the master
budgeting of Dhaka Institute of management studies. It is a non profit
organisation that sponsors different types of events. It holds a lot of seminars
and research programs for employees and administrators that is mainly
supported by fees. For each employee their salaries and other expenses are
given monthly. We are also given the seminar fees and research grant expense
and with these informations we are supposed to prepare a master budget.
First we will find the cash collections for 2023 and followed by that we will
find the cash disbursements. Once these are found we should calculate and
find the cash is excess or deficient. Based on these months we are going to
analyse and discuss our findings and recommend ways and methods to
manage the problems.
