Attached is Unnumbered Memorandum from USEC Panadero re: Monitoring of BuB-Local

Government Suppoft Fund (LGSF) projects.

The GAA FY 2016 provides funds under the DILG Budget for the monitoring of the following
p rolec ts:
1. Core Local Roads
2. Potable Water Supply
3. DRRM Related Subprojects (Evacuation Center, Flood Control, DRRM Rescue
Equipment).

Once the release of funds have been verified by the OPDS, ROs through POs and C./ ML@Os shall
request copies of pertinent documents from LGUs and monitor activities with regard to pre-
procurement, procurement and project implementation. Any deviation observed should be referred
to the Regional Poverty Reduction Action Team (RPRAT).

Reporting shall be done on a monthly basis:

rFrom LGU to C/TvILGOO - every 25'h day of the month
eFrom C/ ML@O to PO - every end of the month
oFrom PO to RO - every 5'h day of the ensuing month

C,/MLGOOs, PO and RO may provide technical assistance to LGUs if there is a special request or if
assessed by the RPRAT that the LGU needs assistance.

to the LGIIs

2. OPDS shall tlosely coordinate with DBM to veri$'the status of the release of funds;
upou verification, immediateb' uotify the concerned Regional Offiees (RO); ROs shall
consequently confirm with the LGUs rvhether funds bave been received.

g. Once release of firnds are verified, ROs through the POs and C/MLGOOs shall request
