The Grade 12 HUMSS students of St. Benedict School of Novaliches, Inc.

aspire to promote children’s

welfare and be models of the social justice movement. Young as they are, the students strive to make a
change in other people’s life with their intellects, manpower, and efforts. This project is proposed and
carefully planned for the sole reason of bringing smiles to the future Filipino generation.

The students aim to create a change in their own ways. As daring as it may seem, they came up with an
inviting project with the objective of fulfilling the happiness of the children as a right. The lives of the
children deserve a spotlight that follows the events which are mostly faced with hostility before finding
the right home that will cater to and pursue their wellness.

Storing hope for more stories, we long to be aware and become instruments of a refined youth
narrative.

The project is a partial fulfillment of the subject "Culminating Activity", where the YOU-manista students
are tasked to apply what they learned in real-life situations.

With that in mind, the students organized “Misyong HUMANista: Ang Hintuturo Ko’y Nakaturo Para
Sayo”, featuring various activities that may aid the fulfillment of the project's main objective: To achieve
happiness as a basic children’s right by integrating the Sustainable Development Goals.

The project consists of a charity and a donation drive. The chosen beneficiary of this project is Tahanang
Mapagpala Center & Tahanang Mapagkalinga Center located at Rd Lot 21, Barangay 171, Caloocan,
Metro Manila.

The purpose of this partnership is to boost our fundraiser to collect funds for our charity expenses. The
students hope that this organization will be able to help us reach a larger scope of the audience as
donors to our donation drive.
