Leading Microsoft Risk Platform Engineering efforts to protect all Microsoft Businesses from Xbox
to Azure. Managing a team of 7 TPMs in all engineering areas of Commerce Risk.
Onboarding new fraud prevention scenarios and designing engineering improvements to
ultimately protect Microsoft business and improve customer commerce experience.

Management of the relationship with PayPal, AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, PPRO, BitPay, PayU and
other acquires and processors.
• Managed the reconciliation excellency program with PayPal and Amex, in partnership with
engineering.
• Led project with transactions engineering to inject L2 data in payload to bring cost savings,
around $150k per year. Enabled AMEX Card Refresher with around $10M/y in savings
• Led risk data sharing initiatives with Amex bringing around 5MUSD in sales uplift per year.
• 3DS2.0 SDK troubleshooting with Engineering and AMEX to launch PSD2 in Europe.
• Collaboration with Engineering teams to implement QR code in Xbox in Europe to comply
with PayPal PSD2 requirements.

NOKIA and MICROSOFT

(Americas) 2011 - 2019
Operator Billing (mobile Payments) and e-commerce
Management of a team to negotiate and deploy mobile Payment solutions in 19 countries with
mobile carriers. Business Program Management and Project management role for US, Canada
and LATAM. The Operator Billing Payment role included close partnership with engineering
teams to achieve implementation of APIs.
Managed critical fraud cases in US and drastically reduced Xbox chargebacks based on the
external partnership with carrier and continuous internal communication with our fraud and
engineering departments.

Services and Solutions Deployment Manager
NOKIA Internet business development in Latin America. Managed Carrier and Partner
relationships across 14 countries in LATAM for Nokia mobile E-mail, Nokia maps, Nokia music
and Nokia games. Managed Telefonica accounts in the region.
Mobile Phones Business Unit in the area and being an internal and external evangelist. Other
