Project : Machine to Machine (M2M)


Project was to introduce a new capability for Telefonica consumers in form of M2M suit and
assimilate the same into current Amdocs billing system. The output will be a unified billing by
Amdocs system and Jasper will provide the M2M technical capability.

 Have managed the end to end technical implementation and rollout of M2M services for
Telefonica Ireland.
 Involved in creating High Level Design, reviewing mini specs by vendors (Jasper, Amdocs
and BMB technologies).
 Created Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Jasper (vendor) regarding
operational level supports.
