national and international companies (Media, Services, Telecom, Retail, and Technology).

MAIN PROJECTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS


IT Solutions – Retail, Logistics, Telecom
 Led selective processes for solutions and partners for implementing platforms with a total R$ 20MM budget:
· Store Front Commercial Automation Platform (SIAC and SCOPE – Itautec);
· Logistic Platform (WMS, DRP and TMS) – JDA suite – RedPrairie;
· Omni Channel Platform – IBM Smarter Commerce suite;
· WFM Platform – JDA suite – RedPrairie.
 Led the implementation teams of these platforms, including the creation of blueprint containing the redesign of
processes and the new business processes integrated to these legacy systems, ERP and the IT architecture, thus
enabling greater strategic alignment and operational efficiency of corporations.
 Enabled the development of business solution strategies based on the identification of opportunities and
motivations for improvement measures, prioritizing efficiency in the use of resources with quality and lower impact
on corporative processes.
 Ensured that IT solutions for meeting demands were compatible with the Client area needs, pondering business
specifications and solutions available in the market aligned with objectives, guidelines, corporate strategies,
enabling the due allocation of investments.
 Managed the acquisition of products and/or services according to standards, through RFIs and RFPs, choosing the
best cost x benefit proposal and providing commercial and contractual win-win negotiation.
 Ensured that developed solutions met functional, technical, performance and availability requirements requested by
the client, as well as met deadlines and service levels agreed with suppliers and aligned with quality standards
defined by the IT Governance, Architecture and Infrastructure areas and acceptance of the delivery of portfolio of
solutions.
 Ensured effective management of costs compatible with developed solutions based on budget planning and values
contracted through the measurement and effort and cost for demands required, enabling the correct allocation of
costs for contracted services.
 Led Internet and Telecom commercial management teams:
· LIG – VOIP/IM tool to talk over the internet, making calls to computers connected to the LIG network and MSN
or conventional phones and mobile phones in Brazil and abroad with more attractive fees than those in
charged in the market.
· Security Center – portal with 3 security packs defined according to the user's browsing profile, thus ensuring
security on the internet through Antivirus, Antispyware, Firewall and Browsing Control. (I believe this
achievement is well contextualized)
Consultancy – Development of Strategies, Process Redesign, Innovation Projects and Other Business, ICT
Services
 Managed and designed along with teams the plans to implement, operate/monitor and demobilize the CIT services
for international events by performing the following:
· Monitoring the approval of acceptance tests of CIT service contracts implemented;
· Managing changes, incidents, problems and configuration, ensuring records of service and compliance with
SLAs;
· Preparing Progress and Closure Reports.
 Coordinated and implemented CRM/ERP projects, developing the program strategy, redesigning/optimizing
processes, establishing metrics and implementing the solution.
 Supported the prospection of new clients, generating new businesses by performing the following: I) preparing and
making product presentations; ii) preparing commercial proposals and scheduling pre and post-sales visits to
clients. Result: Achieving new projects and new partnerships with the expansion of the product portfolio (ERP, CRM,
Business Intelligence, Social Media, Monitoring Digital Reputation, among others) and offering more complete
solutions to clients.
 Between 2008 and 2010, I managed the New Business projects in Jornal o GLOBO: O Globo in Ipad/Mobile
(printed and online content) and Geomídia (providing geo-referenced content and media in buses in the city of Rio
de Janeiro), coordinating analyst, developer and internal infrastructure teams, as well as suppliers/partners.
 Worked along with clients in various sectors and country areas – Industries, Services, Retail and Wholesale, such
as: Rede Globo and Jornal O Globo, Embratel, Unimed, Leroy Merlin, C&C, Petrobrás, Coca-Cola, Telefônica,
Grupo Zamboni, Wick Bold, among others.

CIT Services Manager for Civil Society Structures – responsible for the ICT structure, Technology and
Communication in Rio+20 for the Civil Society ( Arena HSBC, MAM, Vivo Rio, Pier Maúa, Parque dos Atletas and Parque do
