How is globalization changing the overall balance of power between states and citizens?

Globalization in general doesn’t change the balance when it comes to state to state since globalization
allows countries to get equal about of help from each other. There might be a imbalance when a state gets
help from a much more wealthier country than another state since that state will have an edge over other
states. When it comes to citizens the imbalance is greater since for the most part globalization doesn’t
help with those who are in poverty and only introduces more products that only the fortunate can afford
leaving those are not to be left behind even more.
