Learning Outcomes:

After completing this module, you should be able to:

1. Determine the jobs that might be open for individuals who have training in baking.

2. Realized the value of training for skills that would help in the future self-sufficiency of
individuals.

3. Enumerate the needs that should be met before one can be self-employed as a producer of
homemade baked delicacies.

4. Be aware of the responsibilities of a person who accepts orders for bake delicacies.

5. Be willing to accept criticism and suggestions to improve one’s output.

6. Appreciate the information given on establishing a bakeshop for future one.
