To whom it may concern,

It’s been my pleasure to have Gabrielle Bennett in my organization since July of 2014.
Although she is very successful in her current sales role, she has demonstrated a number
of admirable characteristics that will serve her well as her career progresses.

From the moment Gabrielle joined the team she helped create a unique culture in her
training class. Gabrielle was able to find common ground among a diverse group of
individuals that allowed them to develop a collaborative synergy propelling them to
success beyond their tenure. Largely due to her efforts she and her co-workers were able
to gain more from their training and put it to better use than most classes before or since.
By analyzing, collaborating and executing they were truly inspirational.

Gabrielle is analytical, hard-working, results oriented and finds a way to make even
difficult situations into an opportunity for success. She approaches every problem with a
clinical perspective to determine where she needs to finish. That allows her to work
efficiently and successfully. She is always able to look at the larger landscape and not be
caught up in the trivia that derails so many others.

Lastly, Gabrielle always has a smile on her face. She always seems to find the positive in
a situation and channels it for the benefit of herself and those around her. That positive
energy will make her an asset to any organization or project in which she is involved.
