This letter is a character reference for Gabrielle Bennett. I am a retired hospital executive with 30 years
of experience in hiring high performance leaders with potential for being creative, industrious and
mission-driven. My most recent employer was The University of Kansas Health System as Vice President
of eighteen diagnostic and therapeutic clinical departments for the main campus and twenty satellite
hospitals and clinics (1998-2017).

I have known Gabrielle for her entire life. I have had the pleasure of watching her as a young student
who was tenacious, energetic and extremely bright. I have always viewed her as s hard-working and
dedicated college and post-grad student and have admired her
drive and high aspirations. As an adult, Gabrielle has continued to possess energy, an innovative spirit
and strong principles as well as sound business and management skills to which her resume and past
employment performance records will attest. She is also honest and trust-worthy as well as level-
headed, mature and a responsible young adult.

I have no reservations in offering a very high character reference for Gabrielle and believe she is
destined to achieve great success in her work endeavors and will continue to be a great asset in our
