Problem
Our entreprise focuses on three environmental problems:

Over the last century, the average global temperature of the Earth has risen owing
primarily to greenhouse gas emission due to the use of Fossil fuels.

The heavy energy consumption is both the cause and the result of climate change and
more specifically the increasing temperature

Cigarette ends cause major harm to the environment affecting the quality of landscapes
and bodies of water along with degrading both human and wild life.

Introduction
The field of civil engineering is expanding, we rely on astute engineers to bring a new
wave of sustainable thinking into the industry. Using recycled cigarette ends, isolmeg joins
the insulation market, attempting to innovate and bring an alternative ecologically oriented
and recyclable product to the market.

is made from recycled cigarette
ends (75% of the product) and cellulose
acetate (25% of the product) which makes
it sustainability oriented. It is in the shape of a
rectangular parallelepiped , its dimension is 1 m by 1m
and its thickness is 4 centimeters, Its thermal
conductivity values between 0.03 and 0.035 W / m.K.

Collection Strategy
Apart from buying the cellulose acetate, Our production team brainstormed 3 methods to
obtain cigarette ends :

About our storage


The credit to our project goes mainly to our university , which generously provided us with
a spacious storage space with adequate temperature and a reliable ventilation system.

Product Application
Ideally the product is to be placed between every two bricks
during construction. However if the building is complete
the product can be fixed over the walls using fixing headers.

Production Outcome
We produced a total of 55 panels of our product, 50 of which were sold to an environment
enthusiast who promised to use the quantity purchased in the kitchen ( 6m X 5,25m X 2.7m)
of his new studio. The remaining 5 panels are safely stored along with 11 Kg of raw material
within our inventory.

Following a B2B strategy, We are targeting architects as advocates who would recommend
our product for clients that have buildings under construction. Added to that we target
construction material companies who would resell our insulators.

Marketing Plan
To reach our market, we are working on three levels:

1 - Direct events : To display our product


and to get the necessary recognition by potential
customers we are planning on taking part in
multiple building material exhibitions. We already
participated in an environmental festival displaying
our product along with organizing workshops for
children to raise awareness about the dangers
of cigarette ends.

2 - Training center : We intend to establish


our own training center for prospecting and
providing training courses for suppliers and
architects on the most important features and
the application of our product.

3 - Digital marketing : It includes :


A website to digitalize our points of sale,
facilitate our sale process and provide clients
with the necessary information.

Constant promotion on different social media applications. It is important to mention that


we reached promising numbers of followers ; 1K followers on Facebook/200 followers on
instagram/132 followers on linked-in. Our social media keep up with our news and activities.

Classic media : We appeared on numerous local radio broadcasts to share more information
about our journey.

Email marketing aims to inform customers on our email list about new features, discounts,
and other services

Customer relationship management to run all of our company's relationships and interactions
with customers and potential customers. it improves business relationships and profitability.
