1. A database is a collection of data, Databases simplifies data management

and makes it easier to collect, manage and organize your data, so you don’t
lose anything.

2. On of Databases benefits are organizing your management skills, so it

reduces the time you spend on gathering your data/information, or
managing them. It helps improve your information’s quality and makes it
more specified, detailed and gathers if from different resources so there
can be a variety of data/info.

4. My example is going to be college database, A college contains many

departments. Each department can offer any number of courses. Using my
database, I can Collect an enormous amount of information on the
students and workers/instructors. The database will contain the personal
information of the students and instructors like; their names, age, birth
date, what they study, etc.
