Re: Report and request for reimbursement for Insurance Awareness Programme

We have conducted 2 Insurance Awareness Programme during the year at the following Colleges;

1. St.Teresas College, Ernakulam on 14.02.2018

2. St.Peters’ College, Kolenchery on 13.03.2018

The program also included a career guidance session in which there was a participation of 83 and 140
students respectively.

We are sending the detailed report and photographs to you along with this letter.

We have incurred an expenditure of Rs.3790/- and Rs. 6185/- (total Rs. 9975/-) for organizing the
programme.

Kindly reimburse the amount to us.
