taximeter throughout the journey and provide a

receipt, should the client request this. The receipt
should state the date, the registration number of
the taxi and the driver’s name.
In order to ensure that taxi passengers are
offered a consistently high quality of service,
the Department of Road Transport has a team
dedicated to dealing with customer complaints.
