Creation of the secondary level

After many coordinations and opinions of teachers, parents and members of the institutions of
our district, being the Director of that time, Marco Urquiaga Ugás; In 1985, the idea arose of
launching the Project called: Expansion of the Educational Service of Primary School No. 80407
"Gonzalo Ugás Salcedo" - Pacasmayo, with the following personalities as responsible:

Marco Antonio Urquiaga Ugás (Director\General Coordinator.

Enrique Biminchumo Flores (Assistant Director), Emi/iano Jiménez Gonzales (President of

APAFA), llenny toma Ouiñe (President of Teachers)

José Ruiz Arévalo (President of the Silver Wedding Committee), Ditho Project had as its main
objective, the creation of the secondary level, projecting to cover three classrooms for the first
year consisting of 45 students each; since, there was an area of influence for the recruitment
of students from schools 80880, 80881, 80404 and the "Bolognesi" Private Educational Center
and an infrastructure with adequate services. This is how the Director: Marco Urquiaga Ugás,
on 10 December 1985, with official letter No. 068-85-SPE-P-EPM No. 80407—GUS. Having as

EXPANSION OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES IN 80407 Pacasmayo, addressed to the Departmental

Director JUAN JULIO LUJÁN BURGOS,

On March 5, 1986 and official letter No. 073-86, the provincial supervisor Teófilo Villanueva
Basilio presents the technical report on the Expansion of Educational Services favorable to our
institution, which is addressed to the aforementioned departmental authority. On March 15,
1986 with OFFICE No. 691-86, ! Director of our institution authorizes the reception of
applicants for the First Grade of Secondary Education, therefore, this level was thus opened,
with two classrooms and having a budget for 66 hours.

Finally, with R.D. 739 of March 26, 1986, the official operation is authorized.
