Guiding principles related to lesson Teacher’s behaviour/s which prove/s

objectives/intended learning outcomes observance of the Guiding Principle
1. Begin with the end in mind.
Sir Adriel set a clear goal for the learning
objectives of his session before he began
teaching. He specifically explained the concept
of inequalities to his students and how it
related in daily life.

1. Share lesson objective with students

Sir Adriel begin his class by explaining the

lesson objectives of his lesson, then he provide
some equation and he let his class to provide an
answer to his question that he provided, Most of
the learners began to participate to his class even
do at first some of the learners are not interested
because it was a math subject but after Mr. Adriel
provide the lesson objective, most of the student
prefer to participate on the class.
2. Lesson objectives intended learning
outcomes are Specific, Measurable, Based on the observation, the learners
Attainable, Result-oriented and provided the participation on class because
Timebound (SMART) Mr. Adriel provided the learning outcomes
with SMART lesson objectives with his topic.

Guiding principles related to lesson Teacher’s behaviour/s which prove/s

objectives/intended learning outcomes observance of the Guiding Principle
1. Begin with the end in mind.
The learners provided the participation on
the class which is automatically can define on
how Sir Makoy provided the learning
outcomes to his student, most of the student
enjoy on providing answers because Sir Makoy
explain his lesson very well that’s why the
learner’s love’s it.

2. Share lesson objective with students

The class was started with differentiating
the listening and hearing, in this matter Sir
Makoy already explain the difference of the
two that may help the learners know the
difference and understand the meaning of it,
The lesson objectives was good in the way of
helping the student to understand it easily.

3. Lesson objectives intended learning

outcomes are Specific, Measurable, According to what I observed, the
Attainable, Result-oriented and students improved their listening skills, which
Timebound (SMART) made it more goal-oriented. Sir Makoy's class
objectives and expected learning outcomes
were smart. The learning objectives were
measurable and feasible, as demonstrated by
the students' grasp of the single topic
(Analytical Listening).

MY ANALYSIS
1. Why is the sound teaching practice for a teacher to “begin with the end in mind” and to
share his/her lesson objective or intended learning outcomes with his her students?

- The sound teaching practice for a teacher to begin with the end in mind was intended,
in the process of defining the measure of learning process of a learners, in this way we
can observe the knowledge value of it and the process of the teacher’s teaching us is to
let the learners to grow and to increase their learning process to make an impact
improvement.

2. Did you find the lesson objective/s or intended learning outcome/s SMART? Support
your answer.

- Yes, because based on my observation the both educator’s tackle the best way of
learning process to provide the development of the learners, this may include an
improvement to the learners because the teacher intended to fulfill the knowledge that
the learners need.

3. Do SMART objectives help the lesson become more focused?

- Yes, because the SMART objective is the process of setting a goal to the learners to
improve their skills and increase their knowledge on the lesson, by having this objective
this will help them to focused on the class.

4. Were the lesson objectives/intended outcomes in the cognitive, psychomotor and

affective domains? Support your answer.

- Most of the student understand the lesson very well because Sir Adriel and Sir Makoy
provided the proper to discussion that’s why the learners provided the participation on
the class by solving the equation and by knowing and understanding the lesson
Analytical listening, The cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domain applied well in
the way of defining it on each category on the learning process.

MY REFECTIONS

My lessons The Learners can learn a lot of things on school but the best way of
