D. Uddin sell the parcel of land to Hadji Hadar M. Hajiri, with the following description;

A PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF FOUR SEPARATE NON-ADJACENT LOTS WITH

ORIGINAL OWNER HABIBIL D. UDDIN WITH ALL FOUR AREAS TOTAL ESTIMATE
AREA OF MORE OR LESS ONE AND HALF HECTARES (1 1/2 H.) AND HAVING MORE
OR LESS FIFTY GROVE OF COCONUT TREES (50) LOCATED AT BARANGAY LAUM
PARANG, BAS LUGUS, MUNICIPALITY OF LUGUS, PROVINCE OF SULU.

That the said aforementioned sellers, do hereby sell, transfer and convey by the way of absolute
sale the above mention parcel of land and all of its improvements therein to HADJI HADAR M.
HAJIRI, his heir, successors and assigns.
That the aforementioned sellers, promise that the said property and all its improvements are
free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever nature.

Hajiri, with the following description;

A PARCEL OF LAND WITH ORIGINAL OWNER ABBA ABDAH WITH AN ESTIMATED

AREA OF MORE OR LESS FIVE HECTARES (5 H.) AND HAVING A SIXTEEN GROVE OF
COCONUT TREES (16) LOCATED AT BARANGAY TINGKANGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF
LUGUS, PROVINCE OF SULU.

That the said aforementioned sellers, do hereby sell, transfer and convey by the way of absolute
sale the above mention parcel of land and all of its improvements therein to HADJI HADAR M.
HAJIRI, his heir, successors and assigns.
