LAND PURCHASE AGREEMENT

This Land Purchase Agreement is entered into as of 27th day of May 2023 by and between the parties,
namely: H. Naif Pangandag, Hadja Rocaima Barodi, Tupaan Pangandag, H. Rauf Pangandag and H.
Mohammad Ryan Pangandag (hereinafter, the “Sellers”), and Dumalundong Paturay, of legal age
married to Johaira Paturay, (hereinafter, the “Purchasers”), who for valuable consideration received.
The Sellers agree to sell to the Purchasers, and the Purchasers agree to purchase from the Sellers, the
Land in front of school, which is located in the Municipality of Lumba-bayabao, Lanao del Sur with
the amount of 80,000.00 php.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Purchasers and Seller have executed this Agreement as of the day and
year first above written.
