Personal Loan Contract

This AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 29 th day of July, 2020 by and between BADRUDIN GUIABER
LATIP of age, married, and residing at Market Site Parang, Maguindanao, now and hereinafter called the Borrower, and
MICHAEL MUSTAPHA SANDAY likewise of age, married, and residing at Brgy. Making, Parang, Maguindanao,
Philippines, now and hereinafter called the Lender.

Witnesseth:

That WHEREAS, Borrower wishes to borrow Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00), known as "Loan,"
from Lender. Loan will be repaid to Lender five (5) years after the signing of this contract without interest.

WHEREAS, the Borrower has agreed with the Lender to secure the payment of the said amount within the above
mentioned term and in case the Borrower is insolvent following the expiration of the term, the agreement between them
will recommence until the Borrower is capable of paying;

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants herein contained, the Borrower has,
as a collateral security for the payment of the aforementioned amount and by way of pledge, deposited with the said
Lender the following real property of which he has own exclusive rights, and of which he has the free disposal, to wit:

Stall No. 22, Bldg, No. 02, Parang Public Market, Brgy. Poblacion II, Parang, Maguindanao

And the said parties to this instrument agree that the Lender who acknowledges receipt of the aforementioned
personal property of the Borrower shall take good care of the said property until redeemed by the Borrower;
