2. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION

Response
- IF SWALLOWED: Call a POISON
CENTER or doctor/physician if you
feel unwell.
-Rinse mouth.
- IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of
soap and water.
- If skin irritation occurs: Get medical
advice/attention.

Storage
-Store locked up.
- Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep
container tightly closed. Keep cool.
Disposal
- Dispose of contents/container to a
licensed hazardous-waste disposal
contractor or collection site.
Eye Rinse with running water for 15 minutes. If you are wearing contact
lenses, remove the contact lenses after rinsed for 5 minutes, and then
continue rinsing. If irritation symptom occurs or persists, seek medical aid.
Skin Remove contaminated clothing. Wash contaminated skin with soap and
plenty of water for at least 15-20 minutes. Seek medical aid if irritation or
other effects develop.
Inhalation Remove victim to fresh air and rest in a position comfortable for breathing.
Get medical aid if you feel unwell.
5. FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES
Personal precautions
Use suitable personal protective equipment to prevent contamination of skin, eye, and personal
clothing.
When dealing with a spillage do not eat, drink or smoke.
Keep unauthorized people away, and provision of sufficient ventilation.
Environmental precautions
Do not allow spillage to get into drains, surface and ground water. Contamination of the
environment can give rise to indirect human chemical exposures within and outside of
workplaces.
Handling Avoid spillage. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Eating, drinking, and
smoking in work areas are prohibited. After application use and before eating,
drinking or smoking, wash hands, arms and face thoroughly with soap and
water first. Remove any contaminated clothing and personal protective
equipment (PPE) before entering eating areas. Wash and dry the PPE after
handling the product for next usage. Keep out reach of children. Always keep
container tightly closed when not in use.
Storage Store in well-ventilated area out of direct sunlight, heat and potential ignition
sources. Protect from moisture. Store in a locked room away from children,
animals, food, feed stuffs, seeds and fertilizers. Keep container closed when in
storage.
