IMPORTANT:
1) Indicate Purchase Order Number, Ionics Part Number and Description on all invoices, delivery receipts, packing list and other
documents.
2) Original invoice is required to process payment.
3) Certificate of Conformance (COC) for components, Test Results for PCB and other customized mechanical parts and
Calibration Certificate for Test Measurement Equipments must be shipped together with items.
4) Ionics EMS Inc shall exercise its option to cancel this Purchase Order should the supplier fail to meet the specifications or the
sample, or required delivery date. All charges including all un-refundable duties shall be for the the supplier's account.
5) All materials must be forwarded to above address or as instructed prior to shipment. Otherwise, difference in freight rates and
other extra costs will be charged to supplier's account.
6) Vendor will acknowledge within (3) days. Silence will be interpreted as conformance to terms herein stipulated.
7) Ionics will hold any item rejected under this Purchase Order at Supplier's risk and expense, including storage and insurance
charges. Ionics may, in its sole discretion, destroy or sell at a public or private sale any rejected item for which Ionics does
not receive return shipping instructions within reasonable time and apply proceeds to incurred charges.
8) In case products do not meet quality specs, Supplier shall be accounted for cost consequences, such as transport costs for
replacement shipment (incoming and outgoing), sorting and reworking costs at Ionics discretion, cost of scrapped parts due to
rework or replacement of supplier's components and cost of line stop due to quality issues.
