A. PROJECT OBJECTIVE

SLM for replacement of 5TR ACU in P5 area

B. SCOPE OF WORK

1. Provision of labor , tools and technical supervision for the replacement of brand
new air conditioning unit

2. Fabrication and installation of bracket support for the outdoor unit including the
painting works

3. Dismantling of existing defective ACU including outdoor unit and connection

(mechanical and electrical supply)

4. Supply of Brand new equipment stated on purchase order

5. Supply and installation of refrigerant line , rubber insulation , cladding ,

communication wire , condensate drain line and hangers.

6. Vacuuming of the system

7. Start up , testing and commissioning of the new equipment.

8. Hauling and disposal of waste generated.

9. Restoration of affected/damage area during activity.

10. Turn over
