Cell 1 : PT. Jasa Marga

PT. Jasa Marga is an Indonesian state-owned enterprise engaged in toll road concessions. The company
was formed on March 1, 1978, shortly after the toll road connecting Jakarta with Bogor was completed.
Until the end of 2020, the company holds concession rights over 34 toll road sections along 1,603
kilometers in Indonesia, whose operations are divided into three regional offices.

Cell 2 : PT. Djarum

PT. Djarum is an Indonesian kretek (clove cigarette) brand/manufacturer founded on 21 April 1951 by
Oei Wie Gwan in Kudus, Central Java. It produces dozens of domestic and international brands. Djarum
Black, Super and L.A. Lights are among the most popular products of Djarum.The company owns the PB
Djarum, a professional badminton club, Djarum is main sponsor of the Liga 1, Indonesia's top football
league from 2005 to 2011 and also owns italian football club Como 1907. Under its direct parent PT
Dwimuria Investama Andalan (also known as Djarum Group), it has non-cigarette business lines in
technology, banking and beverages.

Cell 3 : PT. Tokopedia

PT. Tokopedia is an Indonesian e-commerce company. Tokopedia is a subsidiary of a new holding

company called GoTo, following a merger with Gojek on 17 May 2021. It is one of the most visited e-
commerce platforms in Indonesia. Tokopedia is one of Indonesia's unicorn companies, alongside
Bukalapak, Gojek, OVO, and Traveloka. As of December 2020, Tokopedia claims to have more than 350
million product listings and 42 digital products, and serves over 100 million monthly active users as well
as over 9.7 million merchants on its platform.

Cell 4 : PT. Angkasa Pura

PT. Angkasa Pura is a state-owned enterprise of the Indonesian Ministry of State Owned Enterprises
responsible for the management of airports in Indonesia. The company is separated in to two
companies, PT Angkasa Pura I and PT Angkasa Pura II. Angkasa Pura I has its head office in Kemayoran,
Jakarta, while Angkasa Pura II has its head office at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang,
Banten. In 2010, PT Angkasa Pura I had airport capacities of 30,700,440 people, while the movement
was exceed up to 49,237,437 passengers. Over capacities also occurred for PT Angkasa Pura II with
capacities of 30,815,000 people, with movement of 62,215,834 passengers.
