use different types of graphics, animations, databases, and other software to optimize
content and liaise with back-end developers to ensure web and app logic is properly
integrated
8 Build websites that are easy to understand, navigate and user-friendly, as well as setup and
promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to be used in creating the most-
effective sites
9 Establishes methods to ensure proper website security and recovery and photograph
products used on site
10 Check the website before going live, as well as monitor and improve the performance of the
website after the launch
11 Chose and create fonts, colour pallets, shapes, audio, videos, images, icons, forms, and
logos for the website and ensure they are consistent with the client’s image or brand and
report technical problems to information technology support technicians
12 Design engaging and responsive landing pages and integrates client content management
system programs and data feeds into websites as well as test and upgrade the web sites
design
13 Fix any functionality issues, including the removal of dead links, edit and update the site and
maintain the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards
14 Build web content using search engine optimization best practices and collaborate with user
experience/user interface designers to provide and support new or existing features
optimization to the web applications

She has a high school diploma, a Bachelor of Arts in fine and applied arts and a diploma in
multimedia technology that is related to web design. She also has excellent customer service,
advanced computer and communication skills and proficiency in Photoshop, which is necessary
for the duties. Please note that previous work experience in web design is not a requirement for
the position.
