Conclusively, Person A is disqualified offender in Indeterminate Sentence Law.

If one is convicted of treason, he is considered as a disqualified offender in Indeterminate Sentence Law.
Person A is convicted of treason.
Conclusively, Person A is disqualified offender in Indeterminate Sentence Law.
