Atty. Maria Juan is a municipal mayor.
Hence, Atty. Maria Juan is prohibited from the private practice of law in the Philippines.

Those convicted of treason are disqualified offenders in Indeterminate Sentence Law.
Person A is convicted of treason.
Conclusively, Person A is disqualified offender in Indeterminate Sentence Law.

Death extinguishes criminal liability.
Person B who is accused of murder and has pending appeal of his conviction unexpectedly dies due to
heart attack.

Hence, Atty. Maria Juan is prohibited from the private practice of law in the Philippines.

3.
If one is convicted of treason, he is considered as a disqualified offender in Indeterminate Sentence Law.
Person A is convicted of treason.
Conclusively, Person A is disqualified offender in Indeterminate Sentence Law.
