    Designing a Bio-

    card
    Your Mission:
    Design a 2 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 inches “bio-card” (like a baseball trading card) on the author of the short story,
    ‘Piel Canela’. The front should have the author’s name, story’s title, and a picture of the author. The back needs
    to have biographical information about the author. BE CREATIVE and remember to use RELIABLE Internet
    sources when researching the information.

    Details, Details, Details . . . follow

    The “biographical details” section (the back of the card) needs to include the following information on your
    author:
     Full name
     Place of birth
     Educational background (schools attended)
     List of other published works
     Genre of writing or style they are known for
     Interesting facts (3)
     Any awards they have received for their writing

    Below is a VERY generic example of a “bio-card”.
