INSTRUCTION
Research for a news where two or three of the following gender related laws can be
applied:

• RA 9262-VAWC
• RA 11313-Bawal Bastos Law
• R.A. 7877-Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995
• R.A. 9995- Bawal Boso Law
• RA No. 10173-Data Privacy Act of 2012
• RA 10175 - Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012

As per the news three Filipinas and US National Easton Scot Sanderson have been
arrested for allegedly making sex videos of their victims, which are sold and uploaded to
porn sites. I have been researching and have found that laws that can be prosecuted for
crimes that have occurred may come into play and include (RA 9262-VAWC, R.A. 7877-
Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995, RA 10175 - Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012) If the
news is reviewed, the VAWC will enter that the woman is being abused or used in a way
that is against their will and they are involved in anti-sexual harassment as well since they
are being forced and threaten to do sexual things it clearly proves that women are not safe
and continue to be abused for sexual purposes for profit, while cybercrime can be
considered a crime because it is done and used up to the internet for others to watch and
for them to earn.
