Cleaning Instructions

All exhibits must be cleaned daily before and after the exhibition. The evening work is to check and
oil the exhibits. The morning work is to dry the exhibits from oil. After cleaning in the evening the
exhibits have to be covered with a towel to protect them from dust and other contaminants.

In general for the care of the exhibits white

cotton gloves and dry cotton towels are
recommended. These and other
maintenance products must be available in
sufficient quantity!
To care for the Chucks and tools, a
penetrating oil such as Gun Oil has to be
used. In the selection of the maintenance
product you have to ensure that it is a
product with anti-corrosion and cleaning
effect. The chucks have to be cleaned
completely and from all sides, not only the
area you can see easily. On the exhibits no
streaks and contaminants may be seen after
maintaining. If there is nothing else
available, WD-40 can be used.

Chucks in the shrink fit machines have to be

cleaned in addition to above instructions
daily during the fair with steel wool to ensure
a better appearance and to demonstrate the
discoloration by heating up, better.
The Corian-Displays also have to be
cleaned. We recommend a window cleaner
for the white tower, and Festool black top
part for the for this application.

All machines must be cleaned before and

after the exhibition daily. To clean the
balancer-hood, a window cleaner is
recommended. For the other surfaces we
recommend the penetrating oil.
