Notes:

++ Verify the certificate number / name of holder and capacity mentioned on flag endorsement and sqc’s is matching their corresponding national certificate. E/E if holding national license III/6

*** BSN, A/B must have ASD (Able Seafarer Deck) II/5 watch keeping. Recommended for O/S to have ASD (Able Seafarer Deck) II/5, if not then II/4 is acceptable.
