Terms and Conditions :

1. During the contract period, defects if any in the appliance shall be rectified by the company or its authorized service
franchisees / service agents. The spare parts required to rectify the appliance, if any, could be either new spare parts
or reconditioned spare parts, to be decided at the sole discretion of the company.

2. Defective parts removed from the machine during the contract period will remain the property of the company and to
be handed over to company representative.

3. Such repairs shall be carried out on either at the customer's residence or at the company/ service franchisee's
service centre.

4. This contract is offered to the customers who are residing within municipal limits of city/ town where the company/
franchisee/ service agent has an office or a service center. For the machines installed beyond the municipal limits of
jurisdiction of the authorized dealer of IFB, all expenses incurred in collecting the machines including all parts thereof
as well as expenses incurred in connection with deputing of service personnel/technician, to and fro travel,
conveyance and other incidental charges towards loading, unloading, lodging, boarding, etc. will be borne by the
customer.

5. This contract cannot be terminated before the expiry period, nor the contract is transferrable to any other person in
the event of the sale / gift of the machine.

6. The offer and renewal of this contract is at the sole discretion of IFB Industries Limited and the company reserves
the right of refusal foraccepting an AMC for a product or a model.

7. This maintenance contract shall be offered only to appliances having no defects at the time of entering into contract.

8. Validity period of the contract will commence from the date, payment is realized by IFB Industries Limited. The
contract fee is payable on advance along with the contract form with the contract form duly filled in and signed by the
customer and authorized representative of IFB Industries Ltd.

9. This contract sets out all terms and conditions on which IFB Industries Ltd will service the appliances under this
contract and cancels and supersedes all prior agreements, undertakings or arrangements, verbal or written between
the parties on the subject matter.

10. In case of any dispute, this contract is subject to jurisdiction of Kolkata courts only.

11. Defects due to negligence, misuse, alterations, accidents, substitution of original components and due to riots, fire,
flood, earthquake and other acts of god are not covered under this contract. Machine connected to improper power
supply system, damage resulting in machine in operation in an abnormally corrosive alkaline/acidic environment,
failure due to use of non-genuine spares, removal, alteration or tempering of machine serial number and its
components are also not covered. Such repairs shall be done on the chargeable basis as per the prevailing rates.

12. The company or the service franchisee or the service agent shall provide two mandatory free services per annum
during the period of the contract, in case of air conditioner the company or the service agent shall provide three
numbers of free services (two dry and one wet), which shall be provided at an interval of four months during the period
of contract. In case of Super Warranty of AC, Clause 24 of this document will be applicable.

13. Failure due to erratic power supply, fluctuation beyond rated voltage 230 +/- 10%, volt 50+/- 3% cycles per second
frequency shall not be covered under this contract.

14. Uninstallation and reinstallation of air-conditioner is not covered under this contract.

15. In case a customer availing the contract moves to another location, intimation of such movements should be made
in writing along with a contract movement charge of Rs. 150/- payable to IFB Industries Limited at the branch from
where the contract was availed. Continuation of the contract at the next location will be subject to availability of service
centre at such location and will exclude any transit damages to the appliance.

16. Damages arising out of shifting of the appliance from one place to another by the customer are not covered under
this contract.

17. Comprehensive AMC and Extended Warranty includes labour and all components (not accessories/
consumables). However, the following components are excluded.
a. Cabinets
b. Aesthic materials
c. Rubber material/ Plastic pipes
d. In case of AMC for air-conditioner machines, the following items will not be covered - Remote Control, Voltage
Stabilizer, Evaporator and Condenser Coils, Sheet Metal & Plastic Parts and any damages due to rodents/insects

18. AMC will be effective subject to the realization of the cheque issued by the customer.
(Note: Rust/ paint peel off/damages due to rodents/pests are not covered under this contract)

19. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

20. Any logistic charge such as taking product to the service centre from customer#s place will have to be borne by
the customer themselves as additional costs and is not included in this contract. Logistic service will be at customer#s
risk, company will not be held liable due to any accident while in transit or for any other reason which is beyond the
company#s control. Alternatively, customer may deliver and pick up the product at /from the service center
respectively as updated by the company.

21. AMC contract for Home Appliance Products is not valid in case the product is used for commercial purpose or at
places like institutions, hostels, hotels, community halls and for any other similar application. In this regard, decision of
IFB Industries Limited shall be final and binding on the beneficiary of the contract. The balance amount of contract, if
any, shall stand forfeited in such cases.

22. Every visit by service technician will be made within reasonable time after registering request in the call center and
usually during the business hours of the service department.

23. The liability of IFB Industries Limited in case of Comprehensive AMC and Extended Warranty shall be limited to
providing the service and replacing spares as covered by the terms of the contract. In case of Super Warranty and
Labour Contracts, Clause No 24 & 25 will be applicable respectively. The company shall not be liable for damages,
death, injuries or any consequential damages of whatsoever nature to any person or property, by use or operation of
the product.

24. Super warranty contract is exclusively applicable for air- conditioner machines and does not include visit charges
for the calls attended by the technicians.During this super warranty period, functional parts other than sheet metal and
plastic parts shall be covered for replacement / repairs. Super warranty is applicable and remain valid provided
Customer avails two annual preventive maintenance service every year by logging call with IFB contact center from
2nd year till the 5th year ( on chargeable basis as prevalent at the time of call logging ), which will be carried out by an
authorized service franchise of IFB.

25.Labor AMC for air conditioners will include only the visit charges and servicing of units. It does not include the costs
of the spares replacement or gas charging or any other additional work to repair air conditioner, as identified by the
technicians during their visit.

26. Labor AMC for other products will include only the visit charges and servicing of units. It does not include the costs
of the spares replacement or any other additional work to repair , as identified by the technicians during their visit.
27. Neither party shall be liable for the non-performance of its obligations under this agreement where such failure is
due to force majeure i.e. due or attributable to any act of God, orders, restrictions or regulation of Government, Central
or State, war working conditions, hostilities, riots, civil commotion, strike, lock out, labour trouble, explosion, or any
other cause or circumstance of whatsoever nature beyond control.

I have read and agreed with all terms and conditions of the contract.
I am pleased to enter into contract as per details attached.
