The assigned BAC SECRETARIAT invites all groups of bidders in the class of BSCE
4F to apply for the Construction of Technological University of the Philippines Manila –
Student Center with an approve budget of Php 9, 500, 000.00.

Bidder/s must submit a letter of intent addressed to the BAC Chairman. Attention
of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to
be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract.
Copies of plan may be obtained from the BAC chairman upon payment of 94php
for each set.
The BAC SECRETARIAT reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the
bidding process at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any
liability to the affected Bidder/s.
