RELEASE,WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM

2. I further warrant and covenant that I will institute no action

square meters and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.

3. I unconditionally covenant and agree to maintain strict and utmost

confidentiality with respect to any information or matters pertaining to
the above mentioned transaction;

I finally declare that I have read and understood the contents of this
document, and the release, waiver and quitclaim hereby given by me is
made willingly and voluntarily and with full knowledge of my rights
under the law.
