INTRODUCTION

Equarater (Penang) Sdn Bhd (EPSB) was incorporated on 12th May 1998 through a joint venture with Penang Development Corporation (PDC)
with the purpose of eliminating the frequent damages occurring to underground utilities caused by trenching works in the State of Penang.

The solution proposed by EPSB is to provide information on underground utility network location to any party intending to undertake any
trenching / excavation works. The trenching / excavation route plans will indicate the optimum or the most suitable / convenient and economical
route for the installation of new utilities.

The company’s aim is to constantly deliver top quality service in line with its vision to be the recognized leaders in Geo-Technical Services.
