the said purpose.
3. Consequent to my study abroad as aforesaid, I am not in a position to apply for the
above loan/execute necessary loan documents and deal with or attend day-to-day affairs
of service of my loan/deposit account/s to be availed/maintained with Bank of Baroda,
________________ Branch . Hence it is felt necessary to appoint an Attorney to carry
out any/all acts in connection with on my behalf as well as to maintain/service the said
loan accounts/deposit accounts.

hereby nominate, constitute, appoint and retain Shri

whose signature is attested here below as my true, lawful and legal attorney in my
name/s and on my behalf, to do all or any of the following acts, deeds and things,
specifically –

(a) To apply for Educational loan/s under the various schemes of Bank of Baroda as
also any further or additional loan/s from Bank of Baroda for such amount as the
Attorney may deem fit and for that purpose to pay the Processing fee/s and sign the
loan application/s in my name and on my behalf and to furnish all the details and
information required by Bank of Baroda and to give any statement, letter or
clarifications or any other writing required or necessary for availing of the said loan/s
from Bank of Baroda and from time to time to follow up the said loan applications and
do such other things and deeds as may be necessary in relation thereto.
(b) To accept the sanction letter and sign thereof in token thereof of my acceptance of
the terms and conditions therein contained and to handover all the payments made
by me towards administrative fees, processing charges and any other charges
including commitment charges leviable in respect of the said loan/s.
(c) To request Bank of Baroda or agree with Bank of Baroda for any change or
modification in the loan amount/s, rate/s of interest, period of repayment of loan/s or
any other terms and conditions in relation to the loan/s at any time or from time to
time.
(d) To receive the disbursement of the said loan/s and for that purpose give effectual
discharge and give all the necessary information and documents to assist the
appraisal of the course/university, the study of which the loan is required.
(e) To borrow/raise loan from Bank of Baroda in my name/s and on my behalf the credit
facilities from Bank of Baroda______________ branch.
(f) To execute all necessary loan documents for availing the credit facilities from Bank
of Baroda and to execute all further documents to facilitate availing/continuing to
avail the credit facilities from Bank of Baroda.
(g) To create mortgage, hypothecate, etc., in respect of my/our property (if any) (details
more fully described in the schedule herein below mentioned) in favour of Bank of
Baroda by executing necessary documents in order to secure the borrowings
referred to above as well as to obtain valid discharge from Bank of Baroda.
(h) To open deposit account/s, loan account/s with Bank of Baroda; and operate the
same on my/our behalf;
(i) To acknowledge my liability/debt in respect of the loan/s.
(j) And generally, to do all other lawful acts, deeds and things necessary in regard to
aforesaid;
I HEREBY AGREE AND UNDERTAKE to obtain back the original of this deed from the Attorney
whenever I recall/cancel this deed of General Power of Attorney from Attorney and shall give
notice of such withdrawal/cancellation.

I HEREBY AGREE AND UNDERTAKE TO RATIFY AND CONFIRM all and whatsoever my said
attorney may lawfully do pursuant to this Power of Attorney.
