Dustine Waller participated in the 2023 School Board Skills Competition and the Young Women
in Skilled Trades and Technology Event on March 1, 2023, representing St. Lawrence College in
a volunteer capacity, helping to lead participants and guests around the campus.

Dustine displayed the utmost professionalism – she was approachable, knowledgeable, and
pleasant. She took the time to ensure all participants felt comfortable and were in the correct
location before moving on to help another individual.

Dustine was punctual, efficient and flexible in the face of unexpected changes. I can confidently
say the event would not have run as smoothly or efficiently as it did, had Dustine not been
involved.

I would recommend Dustine for any position, paid or unpaid, where time management,
organization, and communication are involved, as she would be a wonderful asset.
